Teng Snake is a Windows ransomware strain built from the Chaos builder. Each locked file gets a random four-character suffix, so 1.jpg may become 1.jpg.nk3u. It drops Red_Tel.txt, which also appears under a Chinese filename, and replaces the wallpaper. The note demands payment in USDT within a short deadline and claims the internal network is compromised. No data theft or leak site is tied to it.
